Mission Statement
The mission of Three Valleys Municipal Water District, a public agency, is to supplement and enhance local water supplies, to meet customers' needs for high quality water in a cost-effective and environmentally sound manner.

Open, Public Governance
Three Valleys is a public agency, organized under provisions of state law. Legally a "political subdivision of the state" Three Valleys operates in an open and public environment. All seven members of the Board of Directors are elected to office, and appreciate any interest their constituents show in water issues. Indeed, Three Valleys encourages citizens to get involved and pay attention to water.
