Conservation Ongoing   $100 High Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebates. The washing machine you buy must be on the CEE List to qualify for the rebate -- NO exceptions. PLEASE NOTE EFFECTIVE 07/01/08 only washing machines with a water factor of 5.0 or more efficient (lower) will qualify for the $100 rebate. Currently, the water factor cannot be higher than 6.0. An original purchase receipt and copy of your water bill must accompany the rebate application form. Rebates are on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
