Finance Transparency

The Finance Department provides strategic financial direction, policy and support for TVMWD's Board of Directors, staff and member agencies.  The Finance Department is responsible for the following services:

 

  • All aspects of the accounting process
  • Preparation of the annual budget
  • Preparation of the CAFR (comprehensive annual financial report)
  • Financial planning, reporting and analysis
  • Payroll administration
  • Debt management
  • Treasury management
