Capacity and Fixed Charge
Three Valleys also collects a Capacity Charge and a Fixed Charge. The Capacity Charge is a pass through to each of Three Valleys' member agencies as imposed by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The Fixed Charge is an annual minimum cost charge to each of Three Valleys' member agencies based on their historical imported water use, connected capacity and volume of meters within the service area of Three Valleys.
