Robert Peng

Information Technology Manager

Robert Peng joined Three Valleys Municipal Water District in 2019 as the Information Technology Manager.  His primary responsibility is ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to advance the District’s mission by aligning technology initiatives with the District’s strategic goals.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrated in Management Information Systems from California State University of San Bernardino and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Redlands.

Robert has 7 years of Information Technology experience in the private sector and 10 years serving local water agencies.

He is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and previously a member of the AWWA (CA-NV section) New Technology Committee.  In 2019, he was a plenary speaker at the Esri National Water Conference.  Robert is also a member of the Municipal Information Systems Association of California.
